Cancellation Policy

1. Services Offered DBD Mobile Detailing provides mobile automotive detailing services at the customer’s specified location. 2. Booking and Payment A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Full payment is due upon completion of services via Card, Venmo, Cash, Check, Zelle and Apple Pay. Prices are subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, and service location. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows. 4. Customer Responsibilities Provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time. Remove all personal items and valuables. Notify us of any pre-existing damage or special conditions. 5. Limitations of Liability DBD Mobile Detailing is not responsible for: Pre-existing damage to the vehicle. Damage caused by poor condition of the vehicle (e.g., rust, brittle trim). Issues arising from weather or unsafe service conditions. 6. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns. No refunds will be issued after this period. 7. Weather Policy Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather. We will contact you to arrange a new time. 8. Modifications DBD Mobile Detailing reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
